Berakas Power Company Sdn Bhd (BPC) announces its first i-Usahawan contract award to Al-Fayyadh Management Sdn Bhd following a contract signing ceremony at BPC Headquarters in Terunjing, Berakas on 8th December 2020.
BPC’s Chief Executive Officer Stephen Turner signed on behalf of BPC while Al-Fayyadh Management Sdn Bhd was represented by its Director Zainatul Yusrin bin Haji Omar. Al-Fayyadh Management Sdn Bhd will provide cleaning services to BPC’s facilities in various phases for three years. This contract will provide employment for seven local cleaners once all the phases are reached.
Stephen Turner said that BPC, as a government linked company (GLC), is delighted to participate in the i-Usahawan programme and it is especially rewarding to be directly involved in the creation of a new Brunei company with local employees. BPC looks forward to working with and supporting Al-Fayyadh Management Sdn Bhd in their new business venture.
